Job summary

Anymall Ph is seeking a dedicated live streaming operator to manage end-to-end broadcasts for our channel in the Philippines. You will prepare cameras, lighting, audio, and encoders, configure OBS/Streamlabs, and ensure streams run smoothly across platforms.

Responsibilities include operating the live stream, handling scene transitions and graphics, monitoring quality, coordinating with hosts, and producing post-event clips and reports for future use.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and testing live streaming equipment (cameras, audio, lighting).
• Ability to configure software and platforms (YouTube, Facebook Live, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
• Edit backgrounds, scenes, and layouts to match brand requirements.

Pre-Production Setup

• Prepare and test all live streaming equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, encoders, and switchers).
• Configure streaming software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, Wirecast, etc.) and platforms (YouTube, Facebook Live, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.). Edit and design live stream backgrounds, scenes, and layouts in OBS to match brand requirements.
• Perform network tests and ensure a stable internet connection for smooth streaming.

Live Stream Management

• Operate and monitor the live stream during broadcasts.
• Manage scene transitions, Overlays, lower-thirds, and other on-Screen graphics.
• Monitor audio and video quality in real time and troubleshoot any technical issues immediately.
• Coordinate timing cues with hosts/talent and follow the live stream script or rundown.

Post- Production

• Save and archive live stream recordings for future use or re purposing.
• Edit and clip highlights from live streams for social media or video platforms.
• provide feedback and reports on stream performance and technical issues.

Technical Support

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues before, during, and after streams.
• Regularly update and maintain streaming software and hardware.
• Provide Support and training to on-camera talent or staff as needed.
