The role requires on-camera presence, stamina for long broadcasts, and the ability to convert viewers into buyers while coordinating with production on links, discounts, and visuals on TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, Shopee, and Lazada.

Responsibilities

• On-Camera Presentation & Product Demonstration: Present and showcase brand products on camera with high enthusiasm and clarity.

• Sales Generation & Target Achievement: Work toward meeting and exceeding session sales targets and quotas; use CTAs and promotional offers.

• Present and showcase brand products on camera with high enthusiasm and clarity.

• Conduct interactive product demos to showcase quality and benefits.
• Viewer Engagement & Customer Service
• Actively interact with live viewers, greet participants, and build a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Address customer questions, offer recommendations, and overcome buying hesitations in real time.
• Manage live comments professionally, addressing constructive feedback or negative remarks with tact and composure.
• Sales Generation & Target Achievement

• Utilize persuasive communication techniques, call-to-actions, and promotional offers to encourage immediate purchases.
• Adjust pitch strategies mid-stream if engagement or sales are lower than expected.

Qualifications & Experience
