You will ensure tables run smoothly, handle incidents, and prepare shift reports. The role requires supervising experience, strong English, and ability to work rotating shifts in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of iGaming concepts and mechanics.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Willing to work in Cebu.
• Quick thinking and attention to detail.
• Analytical skills and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in stressful situations.
• Ability to work different shifts.
• Good English skills (verbal and written).
• Basic PC software knowledge and excellent command of MS Office products in particular.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all tables are operational without interruptions.
• Handle all real-time incidents on the gaming floors related to hardware, software, and connection.
• Fix game irregularities on the tables: Game Presenters’ mistakes and software issues.
• Prepare shift reports for the Management.
