Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure production targets and budgets are met. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on problem solving.

You will schedule teams, monitor production timelines, manage inventories, and ensure regulatory compliance while presenting reports to leadership. Flexibility to work outside normal hours is required.

Qualifications

• Bingo/Gaming Industry experience is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations management, or related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in operational leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in project management and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other applications used in operations management
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Capability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily business operations and managing employees ensuring that production targets are met and budgets are monitored
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of employees to ensure efficient operations
• Creating schedules for employees and ensuring they adhere to them
• Monitoring production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Identifying and addressing operational issues that negatively affect performance
• Managing inventory levels and stock control
• Reviewing financial reports and budgets to ensure that day-to-day operations stay within the set budget
• Creating reports and presenting them to management
• Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
