Responsibilities

• Sales and Engagement Optimization: Use bundles, limited offers, and urgency to drive conversions; encourage interaction.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Respond to questions in real time; handle objections professionally.
• Performance Tracking and Improvement: Review session results; apply learnings to future lives.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with e-commerce, marketing, and fulfillment on promos and scripts.
