Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Based in Metro Manila and willing to work onsite daily.
2+ years of live selling experience on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop in beauty, wellness or health products.
Strong communication, energy and platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

Live Selling Strategy: Plan and host Live Selling sessions that support sales targets and campaign goals.
Product and Content Management: Present products clearly, demonstrate usage, and highlight benefits.
Sales and Engagement Optimization: Use limited offers, bundles, and urgency to drive conversions.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Respond to customer questions in real time and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Performance Tracking and Improvement: Review session results and apply learnings to future sessions.
Team Collaboration: Work with ecommerce, marketing, and fulfillment teams on promos and inventory.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on live commerce trends and platform features.
