Job Description

• Go live on TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada to showcase and sell RealSkin products.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce Officer to align live content with ongoing campaigns, sales strategies, and promos.
• Set up and manage live selling equipment, including lighting, camera, frames and product arrangement, for a polished presentation.
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout live streams, responding to comments and questions in real time to boost viewer interaction and conversion rates.
• Achieve the given monthly sales target and consistently monitor performance metrics after each live session.
• Highlight promotions and special offers during live sessions.
• Demonstrate product usage accurately and confidently to highlight benefits and encourage purchases.
• Track and report daily live session metrics, including number of viewers, sales conversion, and audience engagement levels.
• Responsible for content creation and brand representation during promotional events and platform collaborations.
