Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp in Manila is seeking an experienced Live Casino Studio Operations Manager to oversee 24/7 Baccarat table operations, SOP execution, floor management, and staff scheduling.

You will supervise Shift Supervisors and team leaders, coordinate with technical, surveillance, and risk teams, monitor KPIs, and support recruitment and performance management across a large shift-based workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Live Casino operations management.
• Strong knowledge of Dealer, Pit Boss, and Shuffler roles and rotation.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills across a large shift-based workforce.
• Ability to manage 24/7 operational coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations across all shifts, ensuring adherence to operational SOPs.
• Manage floor operations, including table setup, dealer rotation, and service standards.
• Supervise and support Shift Supervisors, Pit Boss Team Leaders, and Shuffler Team Leaders.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and shift coverage in collaboration with the Scheduler/Operations Assistant.
• Provide game-training support and ensure consistent dealing standards across shifts.
• Monitor operational KPIs (table utilization, service quality, incident rates) and drive improvements.
• Liaise with the Technical, Surveillance, and Risk teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of operations staff.
