Job summary

Zohorecruit in the Philippines invites applications for a Live Studio Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the gaming area. You will manage Online Game Hosts and other subordinates, ensure customer service standards, and enforce house rules and security during shifts.

You will monitor active players, guide dealers, lead a fair, compliant team, coordinate with surveillance and IT on technical issues, and maintain accurate activity records and table statistics to support smooth casino

Responsibilities

Live monitoring of active players.
Provide guidance, support, and training to dealers.
Motivate, lead and maintain a fair and comfortable working environment.
Ensure that all gaming rules and regulations are adhered to.
Monitors and checks gaming equipment & peripherals and reports any issues to Live Studio Shift Manager.
Collaborate with other casino departments, such as surveillance and IT regarding technical difficulties that arise.
Maintain accurate records and reports on gaming activities, including table statistics, and equipment malfunctions.
Monitoring grooming guidelines and compliance at all times.
Identify, report and record table infractions and discrepancies.
Create, maintain and adjust studio table game rosters.
Manage card usage and inventory
Game settlements including but not limited to resetting of angel eye shoe.
Protect the assets of the company and ensure the integrity of gaming operations.
