Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least 3 years in operational leadership.
• Bingo/Gaming industry experience is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations and staffing to meet targets and budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees for efficiency.
• Create schedules and ensure adherence.
• Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Develop and implement operational policies for efficiency.
• Identify and address issues affecting performance.
• Manage inventory levels and stock control.
• Review financial reports to keep operations within budget.
• Produce reports and present to management.
• Communicate with team, vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
