Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a licensed Philippine lawyer to gain meaningful, hands-on litigation experience across criminal, civil, labor, and administrative matters. You will participate in client consultations, evidence review, case strategy, legal drafting, investigations, hearings, and court proceedings.

The role targets resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented lawyers, with opportunities to take ownership of cases and work on varied legal matters.

Qualifications

Currently licensed to practice law in the Philippines and in good standing with IBP.
Newly admitted lawyers or bar passers with practical exposure are welcome.
Litigation experience preferred, especially in criminal or civil matters.
Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Handle criminal, civil, labor, administrative, and other litigation matters.
Attend hearings, trials, preliminary investigations, conferences, mediations, and other proceedings.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, complaints, affidavits and other legal documents.
Conduct comprehensive legal research on laws, jurisprudence, regulations, and court procedures.
Review evidence, case records, witness statements, and related materials.
Develop case strategies, legal arguments, defenses, and remedies.
