Dinsay & Partners Law Office in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our team. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and contracts, review NDAs and regulatory filings, and meet with clients to provide updates and analyses.

You will represent clients in court proceedings, manage case files, coordinate with partners, and help develop legal strategies with the team. This role offers growth in a busy practice and exposure to diverse matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree.
• Member of the Philippine Bar with good and active standing.
• Legal work experience is an advantage, though newly admitted members of the Bar are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and legal advice.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, contracts, memorandum of agreements, and other legal documents.
• Review contracts, NDAs, NTEs, NODs as requested by retained clients.
• Communicate and meet with clients to gather information, provide updates and offer sound legal advice.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mandatory conferences.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date, and coordinate with other legal professionals.
• Process and manage commercial transactions and corporate filings and regulatory dealings with the SEC and other regulatory bodies.
• Work closely with partners and other associates to develop legal strategies and solutions.
