Qualifications

• Graduate of Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws.
• Philippine Bar Exam passer.
• With at least 2 years of work experience in Litigation (Civil, Criminal, and Labor).
• Adept in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• With excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinion, advise and guidance relative to the daily operations of the company;
• Draft, revise and negotiate contracts;
• Represent the Company in various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies;
• Conduct due diligence of records in relation to the business of the Company and other administrative matters;
• Ensure maximum protection of Company's legal rights and ensure operations stay within the law;
• Effectively supervise the work performance of the legal officer and staff;
• Perform other legal tasks as assigned by group head and Management.
