Qualifications

• Philippine Bar passer and licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably, with good scholastic records.
• Experience in litigation and/or maritime, labor, commercial, or administrative law is an advantage.
• Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality legal services.
• Senior Associate applicants must have substantial experience handling cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle and assist in the management of litigation and other legal matters involving civil, commercial, labor, maritime, and administrative cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, memoranda, legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, conferences, negotiations, and other proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and assist in developing appropriate legal strategies for clients.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, government agencies, and other relevant parties; work with partners, associates, and paralegal staff.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
