Job summary

SMC Food Processing Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Liquidation Assistant to manage liquidation transactions, verify supporting documents, and reconcile expenses with accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate with operations, warehouse and finance to resolve discrepancies, timely process SAP entries, and assist month-end closing and audits while maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of any course.
• 1–2 years of experience in liquidation, accounting, finance, administrative support, or related functions
• Working knowledge of SAP is required; experience in ERP systems is highly preferred
• Experience in processing liquidations, expense reimbursements, billing, or financial documentation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial documents and system transactions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial controls is preferred
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly

Responsibilities

• Process liquidation transactions and monitor, reconcile, and document liquidations

The Liquidation Assistant ensures that all liquidations are properly documented and submitted within established timelines.
