NCR Voyix is seeking a Linux System Admin Team Lead to steer day-to-day support operations during your shift and provide hands-on technical support to our global customers.

You will prioritize the team's workload, guide junior engineers, and contribute to improving our support processes as the team expands, ensuring reliable systems and strong customer satisfaction across multiple regions.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT operations or technical support.

• Lead shift operations and ensure issues meet SLAs.
• Plan and prioritize team workload with guidance.
• Provide hands-on Linux and Windows support.
• Monitor software, servers, and cloud infrastructure; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate responses to major or high-priority incidents.

• Maintain clear support documentation and improve processes.
