FPT Software Philippines Corporation in Manila is seeking an IT Support/Operations specialist to bridge Tier 1 and Tier 2, focusing on Linux environments, batch monitoring, and incident triage in a hybrid work setting.

You will monitor CLI daily checks, manage cron schedules, analyze logs, and document runbooks while coordinating handoffs with on-call teams and escalation to Tier 2/3 per SOP.

Experience with Linux commands, Bash basics, log troubleshooting, and strong communication is required.

Formación

• 1–3 years in IT Support, Operations, or NOC with strong Linux exposure.
• Experience with Linux commands and basic scripting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge Tier 1 helpdesk and Tier 2 engineering.
• Monitor Linux environments and oversee batch jobs.
• Troubleshoot shell scripts and logs; manage operational alerts.
• Log tickets and maintain runbooks; escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2/3.
