Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension and the ability to understand context before responding
• Sound judgment about what to say, what to escape, and what to leave alone
• Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling account access and private conversations
• Confident navigating LinkedIn messaging, comments, connections, and feed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and consistent responsiveness

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of an active LinkedIn account and keep engagement consistent
• Reply to comments left on published posts in a timely, considered way
• Write thoughtful, relevant comments on posts from other people to build visibility and start conversations
• Monitor the LinkedIn inbox and respond to direct messages appropriately
• Maintain the account holder's established voice and tone in every reply and comment
• Identify conversations showing genuine interest and flag them for follow-up
• Conduct outreach, including connection requests and opening messages, as the role expands
• Escalate sensitive, unusual, or high-value conversations rather than responding independently
• Keep engagement activity organized so nothing goes unanswered
• Handle account access and private conversations with complete confidentiality
