Job summary

Select VoiceCom in Cebu City is seeking a Non-Voice Client Engagement Agent to identify prospective clients via LinkedIn Recruiter, run targeted outreach campaigns, and schedule IC appointments for TES coaches. This role emphasizes strong written communication, relationship building, and robust pipeline management.

Note: This is a transitional position with upskilling toward future voice client engagement. Night shift, training provided, and performance-based growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Outbound or sales experience required.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Initiative-taking with strong diligence and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Execute outbound InMail campaigns using approved messaging templates.
• Engage with prospects through written conversations and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Schedule Initial Consultation (IC) appointments for TES coaches using scheduling tools.
• Maintain accurate records within TES systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Meet or exceed productivity metrics including outreach and appointments.
