The ideal candidate has 2+ years in BPO team leadership, proficiency in LinkedIn tools, and strong English communication with US-based clients.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience leading BPO teams.
• Hands-on LinkedIn prospecting, InMails, and Recruiter tools knowledge.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and feedback delivery.
