Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a LinkedIn presence and/or running lead generation with real results.
• Excellent written English for professional outreach to a global audience.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools and Sales Navigator.
• Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and 2026 reach drivers.
• Proactive ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, detail oriented, and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content for a founder’s profile.
• Engage daily with thoughtful comments to grow visibility.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run outreach campaigns.
• Identify warm leads and send personalized messages.
• Track reach, engagement, replies, and leads; report results.
• Suggest data-driven improvements to content and outreach.
