Job summary

Executive Assistant Institute is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach & Growth Specialist to manage a company executive's LinkedIn presence, drive outbound growth, and optimize campaigns. The role focuses on personal, research-based outreach and high-quality engagement with senior prospects across global markets.

This fully remote position in the Philippines requires strong communication, sharp numbers literacy, and collaboration with a Sales & Marketing team to raise outbound standards and booked calls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on LinkedIn outreach and lead generation with measurable results.
• Campaign strategy experience: target customers, research leads, identify signals, AB testing sequences.
• Strong email campaign experience on a dedicated outreach platform.
• Built and maintained automations; walkthroughs of tools and flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage an executive's LinkedIn account end to end: prospecting, warm-up, connections, messages.
• Build prospect lists in Sales Navigator and validate against ICP.
• Write personalized outreach for each prospect; avoid generic messages.
• Track KPIs and optimize targeting, messaging, and timing.
• Plan and run outbound campaigns; share learnings with team.
• Run email nurture campaigns to re-engage prospects.
• Develop and maintain marketing automations; ensure data integrity.
• Keep trackers and dashboards updated; report progress throughout the day.
