Job summary

Mondelēz International in Mexico seeks a Line Leader for the Manufacturing Core at the San Luis Potosí plant. You will lead a manufacturing line, drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets, and develop team capabilities to sustain high performance.

You will implement AM and PM maintenance practices, manage budgets and labour planning, and coach team members through development, including succession planning and ensuring alignment with company values.

Qualifications

• Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and PM Step 3 systems as part of line care.
• Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma qualification of AM steps 5-6 and PM step 3.
• Leading line teams and handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully.
• Influencing people in a union environment and communicating effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets for responsible lines.
• Break down section targets into line and unit targets and communicate goals to employees.
• Develop budgets, manage costs, governance, and compliance for the line.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention, development, and succession planning.
• Drive staffing and performance to deliver high-quality snacks to customers.
