Job summary

Mondelez México seeks an experienced sanitation supervisor to lead a 19-person team across three shifts at the Tlajomulco plant in Jalisco. You will drive cleaning programs, ensure strict sanitation standards, and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with Food Safety and Quality teams to uphold HACCP, GMP and allergen controls, with a focus on facility continuity and contamination risk mitigation. This is a 100% on-site role with demanding schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Food Engineering, Industrial/Chemical Engineering or similar).
• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning or sanitation supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience leading unionized teams and working in a plant environment.
• Certifications: HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly coordinate and lead a team of 19 unionized employees across three shifts.
• Execute, supervise and control cleaning programs for facilities and production lines.
• Develop, update and implement sanitation procedures and operational controls.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 9001, GMP and allergen management.
• Oversee sanitation-related plant infrastructure, pest control and drainage.
