Responsibilities

• Organize and distribute work among personnel and ensure products meet specifications and quality indexes.
• Lead daily meetings with management and customer/defect resolution teams.
• Analyze quality problems and implement corrective actions.
• Review efficiency and productivity per area and support weekly production scheduling.
