Mondelez México seeks an experienced sanitation supervisor to lead a 19-person team across three shifts at the Tlajomulco plant in Jalisco. You will drive cleaning programs, ensure strict sanitation standards, and maintain regulatory compliance.
You will coordinate with Food Safety and Quality teams to uphold HACCP, GMP and allergen controls, with a focus on facility continuity and contamination risk mitigation. This is a 100% on-site role with demanding schedules.

In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.
You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.

To ensure food safety across the plant's production lines through the design, implementation, and control of strict cleaning and sanitation programs and standards. The key purpose is to operationally lead the assigned team to guarantee facility continuity and compliance with quality regulations, mitigating contamination risks.
Location: Tlajomulco Plant. Carretera Tlajomulco a San Miguel Cuyutlán Km. 13 #320, C.P. 45660, San Miguel Cuyutlán – Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco.
Work Arrangement: 100% on-site.
Schedule: Mixed shift from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Working every Sunday is a mandatory requirement due to operational needs; the regular day off is scheduled on Saturdays or flexibly during the week.
