Job summary

Mondelēz International in Salinas, Mexico seeks a Technical Leader for Manufacturing Core. You will own the technology, maintenance, process and settings for line equipment, serving as the line's expert on the equipment and reliability.

Key responsibilities include leading preventive and breakdown maintenance, building technician capability, applying TPM methods (AM/PM), and driving SQCDSM targets through PDCA, cost control and continuous improvement with the asset team.

Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance at line level.
• Ability to lead a line and coach next-level asset owners.
• Experience applying TPM concepts and PM planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology, maintenance, process and settings for the line equipment.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs and skills in technicians.
• Partner with Reliability teams to improve systems and reduce RM costs.
• Lead Change Management, localization of spares and breakdown analysis.
• Represent the site technology owner in regional/global forums.
