Job summary

Noblelink Inc. is seeking a Line Leader to oversee and coordinate the manpower and production processes within a dedicated department. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to supervise a team, and a focus on achieving daily targets while maintaining quality standards.

The Line Leader will act as a role model, organize workflow, train new hires, and ensure adherence to 5S principles. Regular reporting to the supervisor and participation in meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as Leader in a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the manpower alignment of the department/process.
• Train and coach new hire employees and employees to the process.
• Supervise the work performance of the employees.
• Manage, supervise and control the issuance of materials and its usage.
• Document, record and keep track of the work quality of the line and employees
• Document and record the productivity rate of the line.
• Make sure that the line/department will hit the target quota
• Relay concerns of the line to the immediate supervisor/manager or to the concerned department/process.
• Make sure that the line adepts to 5S procedure.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Supervisor/Manager.
• Attend meetings/coordination meeting as required by the Management.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Manager or the Management

Job Description

The main role of the line leader is to manage, supervise and monitor the manpower and operation process of a department or processes. The Line Leader will serve as the point person and in-charge of a department in order to assist their immediate supervisor or the Manager for the over-all managing of production operations. The Line Leader is expected to be a role model, has leadership and managing skills and organizing skills.
