Job summary

Plastic and Tools, Inc. is seeking a Line Leader to supervise production line operations in plastic manufacturing, ensuring targets are met and safety protocols are followed. You will coordinate with planning, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to maintain smooth production flow.

The role emphasizes enforcing safety, PPE adherence, 5S/Kaizen practices, and continuous improvement to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to ensure employees wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ability to report and investigate accidents or near-miss incidents.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to implement 5S and Kaizen initiatives on the production floor.
• Ability to recommend process improvements to reduce cost, eliminate waste, and improve productivity.

About the role

The Line Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating production line operations in plastic manufacturing (injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, PET processing). This role ensures production targets are achieved, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
