A manufacturing company in Batangas City is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure machine efficiency, and train new production operators. Responsibilities

• Conduct the daily pre-work meeting with the production operators.
• Arrange the plating sequence for production based on the delivery confirmation.
• Designate work assignments of the production operators.
• Interact with other sections whenever there are problems or if necessary.
• Conduct one on one interviews with erring production operators.
• Issue disciplinary action whenever necessary.
• Summarize the daily production output.
• Summarize the monthly production control record.
• Update the weekly production plan and daily production target.
• Monitor the chemical addition in the plating line.
• Make necessary actions whenever problems arise.
• Make improvements to increase the efficiency of the line.
• Train the newly hired production operators.
• Check and monitor the daily attendance of the production operators.
• Ensure the maximum efficiency of the machine.
• Ensure that the machine is always in good condition before the start of production.
• Maintain the cleanliness (5S) of the workplace.
