Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commercial kitchen experience.
• Clean knife work and solid grasp of basic cooking methods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Station Ownership: Set up, prep, and clean your assigned station (sauté, grill, brunch line, or pantry) to keep it fully organized.
• Recipe Accuracy: Follow standard recipe cards exactly to keep portions, taste, and plating consistent.
• Service Speed: Maintain a fast, clean pace during rushes to meet target ticket times without making a mess.
• Teamwork: Coordinate tightly with the Sous Chef / Assistant Chef and fellow line cooks, stepping in to help busy stations when needed.
