Responsibilities

• Station Ownership: Set up, prep, and clean your assigned station (sauté, grill, brunch line, or pantry) to keep it fully organized.
• Recipe Accuracy: Follow standard recipe cards exactly to keep portions, taste, and plating consistent.
• Service Speed: Maintain a fast, clean pace during rushes to meet target ticket times without making a mess.
• Teamwork: Coordinate tightly with the Sous Chef / Assistant Chef and fellow line cooks, stepping in to help busy stations when needed.

As a Line Cook, you are the core engine of our hotline. This role centers on mastering station speed, precision, and recipe execution while maintaining a supportive, good-natured team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Station Ownership: Set up, prep, and clean your assigned station (sauté, grill, brunch line, or pantry) to keep it fully organized.


• Recipe Accuracy: Follow standard recipe cards exactly to keep portions, taste, and plating consistent.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of commercial kitchen experience. Motivated culinary school graduates are highly welcome.
