Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Physically fit; able to stand for long hours and handle heat.

• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and follow recipes.
• Ensure dishes are prepared according to standard quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workstation.
• Label, store, and rotate food items (FIFO).
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients; operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory and monitoring supplies.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth service.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef.
