Job summary

Zifo is seeking a Laboratory Informatics Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise LIMS solutions (LabWare, LabVantage) across regulated pharma and biotech settings. The role emphasizes end-to-end sample lifecycle management, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

You will configure instruments and inventory, lead validation deliverables (IQ/OQ/PQ), and collaborate with global teams on medium to large projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with laboratory informatics systems.
• Experience implementing and supporting sample lifecycle management in LIMS.
• Solid understanding of laboratory workflows (QC, analytical, stability, manufacturing, or R&D).
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO; ALCOA+).
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support requirements gathering with laboratory stakeholders for end-to-end sample lifecycle management.
• Analyze lab processes from receipt to disposition and translate into LIMS designs.
• Configure LIMS (Labware) to support sample login, testing, results, and reporting.
• Develop IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, and traceability matrices; validate systems.
• Support user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support focusing on sample processing and data integrity.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation; identify efficiency improvements.
