Roche is seeking a Lab Workflow Consultant in Metro Manila with travel across the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end lab installations, evaluate workflows, design layouts using advanced visualization tools, and lead client workshops to support solution deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end lab installations and workflow optimization.
• Ability to evaluate processes against KPIs and client needs.
• Travel willingness within the Philippines for client support.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for mid-to-high complexity lab installations.
• Design laboratory layouts and simulate diverse workflows.
• Lead client workshops, trainings, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with regional consulting teams to share best practices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and value realization throughout projects.
