Job summary

Medi Linx Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution across our lab network in Metro Manila.

You will ensure timely and compliant movement of supplies, reagents, equipment, specimens, and other materials while adhering to quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, IE, or related field.
• At least 5 years of logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical supplies, or laboratory logistics is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and distribution planning.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Excel.

Responsibilities

• Logistics and distribution management across the laboratory network.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, stock rotation, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, finance, and suppliers.
• Manage transportation, routes, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance for healthcare logistics.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor logistics budgets and cost controls.
• Lead and develop logistics personnel; ensure accountability.
• Develop contingency plans for disruptions and risks.
• Prepare reports on inventory, delivery performance, and costs.
