Job summary
Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a chemistry-focused laboratory professional to perform data processing, quality control, and LIMS entries, while ensuring ISO17025 compliance.
The role requires a BS in Chemistry, 1 year lab experience including HPLC/GC/GC-MS, proficiency in Excel, and strong English communication.
You will collaborate with team leaders, meet deadlines, and help drive quality improvements across procedures and analytics.
Qualifications
- BS in Chemistry or related science degree
- 1 year lab experience with 6 months HPLC/GC/GC-MS
- Experience with LIMS and Chemstation or Mass Hunter is a plus
- Experience in data review of lab results
- Strong English (B2/C1) communication
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Analytical instrumentation knowledge in chromatography/mass spectrometry
Responsibilities
- Comply with Code of Integrity and Conduct
- Perform data processing including calculations, QC checks, LIMS entries
- Ensure deadlines met; notify supervisor if turnaround cannot be met
- Ensure testing per ISO17025 and SGS standards
- Inform Affiliate Manager of operational issues
- Support operational improvements per GBS Team Lead
- Maintain knowledge of required analytical procedures
- Look for efficiency gains and review procedures
- Respond to technical queries
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Keep work area clean and presentable
