Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in central laboratory workflows and clinical disciplines.
• Experience in project management of complex equipment installations or large deployments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for mid-to-high complexity laboratory installations.
• Evaluate customer workflows to identify optimization aligned with KPIs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define customer value propositions.
• Advise clinicians on clinical decision support tools and patient journey.
• Model workflows and prepare client-facing presentations.
