Job summary

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting aggressive targets. English communication is essential for field engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in lighting industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of specification sales (designer/consultant engagement).
• Able to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
• Must have valid right to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets in Singapore.
• Outdoor sales; engage consultants, designers and contractors.
• Develop specification and promote LIGMAN products at design stage (Spec-in).
• Build relationships with lighting designers, architects, and consultants.
• Provide technical support and lighting solutions to project stakeholders.
• Identify new projects and business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with local distributors and partners.
• Support partners in project follow-ups and closing deals.
• Ensure alignment between company strategy and partner execution.
• Handle inquiries, proposals, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
• Follow up projects until completion.
• Candidates must possess a valid right to work in Singapore.
