Job summary

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating terms, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, client engagement, and reporting. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of sales experience in the construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or any field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the Construction industry or related field.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, engage clients and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and generate leads.
• Meet with potential clients, understand requirements and present solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate prices and terms and close deals.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and evaluations.
• Travel to client sites as required.
