Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company in the Philippines to lead marketing, growth, and strategic planning. You will define strategic direction with senior leadership, identify market opportunities, and drive brand and GTM initiatives to scale products and revenue.

You will bridge market insights with product development, build scalable frameworks, and mentor a high-performing team in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field.
• 10–15 years of professional experience across marketing, strategy, growth, innovation, brand management, or business development.
• Proven leadership in senior roles such as Marketing Director, Strategy Director, Growth Lead, or equivalent.
• Experience in consumer tech, digital platforms, startups, FMCG, telecoms, fintech, or consulting.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into products or revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's marketing, growth, and strategic planning agenda with senior leadership.
• Identify emerging customer needs and opportunities to create new products or revenue streams.
• Drive brand strategy, communications, customer acquisition, and market positioning.
• Bridge insights and product development to shape innovation priorities and GTM strategies.
• Build frameworks to evaluate, validate, and scale new business concepts in a fast-paced setting.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team and foster data-driven decision-making.
