Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, CS, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in campaign operations or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Responsys).

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute SMS, Email, and Viber campaigns using Responsys.
• Develop and edit EDM HTML; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Generate and analyze SMS and email campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and other teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Prepare and submit monthly SMS reports to Accounting.
• Stay updated on tools and industry trends in campaign management.
• Provide recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
