Job summary

KamelMedia in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Email Campaign Specialist to set up, manage, and launch email campaigns and basic automated sequences. This execution-focused role requires comfort with email marketing platforms and CRM tools, and the ability to work with copy, templates, audiences, and schedules.

You will configure lists, segments, and tags; add links and tracking; perform quality checks before sending; and maintain automations.

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Hands-on experience setting up and sending email campaigns
• Basic understanding of email automations and workflows
• Comfortable working with contact lists, segments, tags, and audience settings
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable with basic troubleshooting
• Willing to learn new email marketing platforms and tools
• Experience with any of the following is a plus: GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Constant Contact, Zapier, Maken8n, or similar email marketing/CRM platforms

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch email campaigns using provided copy, templates, and creative assets
• Configure contact lists, audiences, segments, exclusions, and campaign settings
• Add and check links, tracking, and other campaign details
• Perform quality checks before sending
• Schedule and launch campaigns
• Set up basic automated email sequences and workflows
• Configure triggers, delays, conditions, and actions
• Maintain existing automations and check that they are running properly
• Upload and organize contacts
• Create and manage lists, tags, segments, and custom fields
