Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in scientific or lab equipment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours to coordinate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents, and project proposals.
• Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional events.
• Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Translate and adapt marketing materials when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
