Esco Lifesciences Group in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized Post-Sales Executive to support service operations and act as a key link between service engineers, factories, logistics partners, and customers.

You will coordinate technical issue follow-ups, DRFs, replacement parts logistics, and service documentation to ensure efficient post-sales support across local and regional markets. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on technical issues with factories and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Manage Defective Return Forms (DRFs) and track progress through to closure
• Coordinate replacement parts shipments and courier logistics
• Capture service orders in the ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) and maintain accurate service records
• Issue Proforma Invoices (PFIs) to clients and communicate delivery ETAs
• Maintain service documentation and system updates
• Coordinate equipment calibration activities and maintain records
• Arrange training and medical bookings for service engineers
• Support ISO documentation and NRCS permit processes
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to service operations
