Job summary

QualityKiosk Technologies in the Philippines (BGC) is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead testing on Life Insurance domain projects. You will engage in agile and waterfall processes, write SIT/UAT test cases, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

The role requires 3+ years in testing with 2+ years in Life Insurance projects, strong defect resolution skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

Experience working on both Agile & Waterfall projects.
Experience handling Life Insurance domain projects and applications.
Total 3+ years of experience with 2+ years specifically in Life Insurance projects.
Experience in system integration testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
Experience in leading a team, problem solving, and knowledge management.
Exposure to digital platform testing with daily tasks.
Understanding project requirements and raising gaps.
Writing SIT/UAT test cases and executing them.
Coordination with IT and business stakeholders as necessary & as instructed.
Defect resolution and follow-up on actionable items.
Ability to work well in a team according to customer needs.
Able to highlight risks, issues and provide mitigation plans.
