Job summary
Staff Domain Inc in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Test Lead to guide a QA team supporting our SaaS insurance platform. This leadership role combines hands-on testing with people leadership, accountable for quality outcomes and driving AI-assisted testing practices.
You will partner with Australian delivery teams, build automation roadmaps, ensure coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance and UAT, and foster accountability and continuous
Qualifications
- 8+ years software testing experience.
- 2+ years leading testing teams in Agile environments.
- Experience delivering testing within SaaS platforms, ideally in Insurance domain.
- Strong test planning, execution and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence; offshore or distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
- Own quality outcomes and drive test strategies, plans and schedules.
- Improve automation adoption and define automation roadmaps.
- Mentor QA professionals and manage performance and development.
- Partner with Australian delivery leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Support release readiness reviews and production deployments.
