Responsibilities

Lead and manage a QA team, provide mentorship and performance guidance.
Develop QA strategies tailored to insurance requirements and compliance standards.
Design and execute test plans, cases, and automation frameworks for insurance software.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify quality risks.
Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting to track testing progress and product quality.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, data security, and quality standards.
Oversee QA tools selection and implementation to improve testing efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage test environments in coordination with infrastructure teams.
Provide executive-level status reports on quality, risks, and mitigations.
