This full-time onsite role requires high school or college-level experience in BPO, graveyard shifts, and a salary package of 18,500 PHP plus 5,675 PHP in allowances.

Qualifications

• We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Cebu.
• You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.
• Shift to Graveyard and shifting schedule; fully onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
