Job summary

EXL Service Cebu is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Auto Insurance Account in Cebu City. This on-site role supports US-based clients and requires BPO experience and knowledge of driving insurance processes.

Responsibilities include handling claims, inquiries, and policy-related concerns, providing excellent service, and maintaining accurate records. Night shifts and ongoing training are offered with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• At least 1 year of call center experience.
• Must have a driver's license.
• B2 CEFR level of English communication.
• Knowledge in Auto Insurance is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
• Willing to work on night shift / shifting schedule.
• Can start on October 19, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Handle auto insurance claims, inquiries, and policy-related concerns.
• Assist customers with insurance coverage and processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to US-based clients.
